Aging Well HQ

Find licensed senior care by state

Aging Well HQ builds one state at a time, from that state's own licensing register, and lists every licensed community in it — not a selection, and never an advertiser list. Live today: Oregon.

Why the map isn't full yet. Every state publishes its licensing data differently — different categories, different formats, different refresh cadence — so bringing a state online means learning its register properly, not scraping a competitor. We'd rather one state be complete and correct than fifty be thin. States below without a link have no page at all, deliberately: an empty page that ranks is worse for a family than no page.

While we get to your state

The parts of this that don't depend on geography are live everywhere: the care assessment tells you which level of care to look at, and the types of care guides explain what each one is, who it's for, and what to ask. Both work whether or not we've reached your state.
